Korean Style Baked Salmon
This is another quick and easy recipe that tastes like you spent a lot of time on it. Your hands on time will be about 5 minutes then you put it in the oven and serve. The flavors in the Korean Style sauce pair nicely with the salmon, particularly the gochujang and soy sauce.
We usually serve over rice with some veggies tossed in as well, peppers, onions, snap peas, carrots, celery all work, but so does most anything else.
Ingredients:
- fillet of salmon (you can use steaks easily enough too, they will probably need a little longer to cook)
- Dirty Apron Korean Style Sauce
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees, while you're waiting pour or brush the sauce onto the salmon
- Bake the salmon for about 7 minutes per half inch of thickness, most of the time 15 minutes for a fillet gets the job done. It should flake when pressed with a fork. If you're going by temperature 145 degrees internal is your target.
- Serve it up with some extra sauce on the side.
